"I recently had a baby and one of the gifts I received was your .5" disk necklace from a girlfriend of mine. I absolutely loved it. the funny thing was, I had already bought myself a similar necklace with my son's name on it. a couple days after I had gotten the necklace, I was with my mom and she had had an upsetting day. I'm not sure why I did it... but I went over to my dresser and got out the necklace from my jewlery box and gave it to my mom. she started crying... she just loved it. "Shopping Mountain Girl Silver has been the most positive and amazing on-line shopping experience to date! On the Monday before Mother’s Day I saw a friend wearing the cutest necklace and knew I had to have one to give to each of my daughter’s for their Mother’s Day gift. I placed my order with Mountain Girl Silver that afternoon and the very next day received a phone call from Erika suggesting I consider a different stamp that she felt, based upon my order, would be more appropriate. I was totally blown away at the attention to customer detail! When I placed the order I noted I would be willing to pay extra shipping costs to get the necklaces to me on time. Erika made a second call to tell me the necklaces were ready to go in the mail and to let me know how expensive it would be to overnight them. She wanted me to know she was willing to do this for me but felt reasonably certain the necklaces would get to me in time without my incurring this additional expense. How many other web merchants would take this much time and/or be this concerned with a customer’s pocket-book??? I would venture to say, “None!” The necklaces did arrive in time in their beautiful little pouches which were another lifesaver because I could drop them right into my daughters’ Mother’s Day cards and didn’t need any additional wrapping. My daughters love their necklaces and because they think they’re such great gifts, plan on ordering them for their friends. Mountain Girl Silver has my business from here on out! "I ordered three necklaces from you about a week and a half ago. They were gifts for my daughters’ teachers. I just wanted to say thank you – these were the perfect gifts. The teachers loved them as they were so personal and a permanent reminder of my own children and the relationship between them. Also, we had an end of the year picnic for my youngest (where we gave her teachers their presents) and I had no less than 4 moms come over and ask where I got the necklaces. One of the teachers emailed later and said that she went to her older daughter’s school and she gave out your email address to 3 more moms! "I just want you to know how much happiness your disks bring me and my boys. Every night when I put each of the boys to bed in their rooms I kneel next to their bed so I am like hovering above them (you don't know this probably - but I am tallish). Then while we have our final moments of tucking in and talking they finger all of the disks on my necklace and clink them together so that they make that awesome sound - you know the sound I am talking about. The sound is like the greatest sound - to all of us - it kind of starts to put them in a sleepy trance like a wind chime might. Now that I have all of the new ones they love it even more because the sound is more robust and they can make out the paw prints of the dogs - so we go through all of them and talk about what they mean and why they are important to me - and I am CERTAIN - BEYOND A SHADOW OF A DOUBT - that this necklace of mine and the noise it makes will be one of those things that they remember their whole lives when they think about me and their childhood. AND - I have you and your talents to thank for that. This job is probably thankless - you ship off the goods and might not hear another word until the next time someone orders something. You sacrifice time for your kids, time for yourself - so - thank you. I love my necklace in a way that almost embarasses me because I try not to get hung up on possessions - but for some reason because of the disks that I have it is the essence of who I am and what matters most to me in my life - so I cherish it."
